Terms and Conditions – 288bet Pakistan Gaming Platform Rules

1Introduction

Welcome to 288bet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 288bet ("288bet", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 288bet platform, website, mobile interface and all associated services available at https://288bet-jit.com.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using any part of the 288bet platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 288bet platform.

288bet is designed specifically for the Pakistani market. All account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All transactions are processed in PKR. These Terms reflect Pakistani user expectations and the operational standards 288bet has committed to upholding.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any services offered by 288bet. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. 288bet takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to request documentation confirming your age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be suspended immediately and all funds held pending review.

One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one 288bet account. Creating, operating or accessing multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where 288bet identifies duplicate accounts, the duplicate accounts will be closed and any winnings accrued through those accounts may be voided.

Registration Requirements

When registering at 288bet, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, valid contact number and a secure password. You must not register using someone else's identity or using false information. 288bet may at any point request identity verification documents to confirm the details provided at registration.

• You must be the legal owner of any payment method used to deposit or withdraw from your 288bet account.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of any 288bet staff member.
• Accounts registered using VPN services or anonymisation tools may be suspended pending review.

3Account Security & Verification

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 288bet account credentials — your login mobile number and password. You must not share your account access with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally performed that activity.

If you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 288bet support immediately at support@288bet-jit.com. 288bet will investigate and may temporarily suspend your account pending resolution.

KYC Verification

288bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be asked to provide government-issued identity documentation, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership at any stage of your account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal or if unusual activity is detected. 288bet commits to processing KYC verifications promptly. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account restriction.

All personal documentation submitted for KYC purposes is handled in strict confidence and stored securely in line with our Privacy Policy.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

288bet accepts deposits exclusively via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank Transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-value deposits may be subject to additional verification.

Deposits are generally credited to your 288bet account instantly or within a few minutes. In cases of payment system delays outside 288bet's control, crediting may take up to two hours. If your deposit has not appeared after two hours, contact support with your payment reference number.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes for standard verified accounts using Easypaisa or JazzCash. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed same-day during business hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There are no withdrawal fees charged by 288bet on any payment method.

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that belongs to you personally — no third-party withdrawals are permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed after your KYC verification is complete.
• Funds obtained through bonus promotions may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted — see Section 5.
• 288bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above Rs 10,00,000.

5Bonuses & Promotions

288bet offers welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback promotions, rebate offers and various seasonal promotions. Each promotion carries specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games and time limits. The terms specific to each individual promotion are published alongside the promotion and form part of these Terms when accepted.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The required wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Only one bonus may be active on your 288bet account at any time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play. Using multiple accounts or co-ordinated betting strategies to exploit bonus offers is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• 288bet reserves the right to amend, suspend or remove any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
• In case of any dispute regarding a bonus outcome, 288bet's decision is final.

Cashback and Rebate Promotions

Cashback and rebate bonuses offered by 288bet are calculated based on net losses or total turnover over a specified period as stated in the relevant promotion. These amounts are credited to your account as bonus funds subject to the wagering requirements stated at the time of the promotion. Cashback and rebate promotions cannot be combined with other active bonuses unless explicitly stated.

6Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the 288bet platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections before confirming. 288bet does not accept responsibility for bets placed incorrectly by the player, including incorrect selection, incorrect amount or incorrect bet type.

Sports Betting

For sports betting markets at 288bet, results are determined based on official competition results at the conclusion of the relevant event. In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed or voided, 288bet's sporting rules for that market will apply — generally resulting in bets being returned at stake unless stated otherwise in the market rules.

Casino and Live Games

All casino games and live dealer games at 288bet operate on certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems or use physical equipment in the case of live dealer games. Game outcomes are final and non-disputable once the round has concluded. If a technical error interrupts a round, the affected bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.

Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and market. These are displayed clearly within each game or market interface. 288bet reserves the right to adjust bet limits on any game or market at any time without prior notice.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 288bet platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all bets and balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Creating or operating more than one account under any identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technology to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in any game or platform system.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in poker, card games or any competitive format.
• Using the 288bet platform for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity.
• Reverse engineering, copying or reproducing any part of the 288bet platform, software or content.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing any 288bet staff member or other player in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or 288bet's backend systems without authorisation.

8Responsible Gaming

288bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognise that for some individuals, gaming can become problematic, and we take our responsibility in this area seriously. • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps that cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period.

• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the 288bet platform for a period of 30 days, 6 months, 1 year or permanently. Self-exclusions cannot be reversed during the elected period.

288bet does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data is shared only where required by law, for payment processing purposes or for KYC compliance. All personal data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. You have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the 288bet platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, game graphics, text content, software, code and databases — is the intellectual property of 288bet or its licensed game providers. No part of the 288bet platform may be reproduced, copied, distributed or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of 288bet.

288bet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your own personal, recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, public display, modification or creation of derivative works based on any platform content.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 288bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data or loss of profits.

288bet makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free or entirely secure. While 288bet invests significantly in platform stability and security, technical issues, network failures and external factors outside our control may occasionally affect service availability. In such cases, 288bet's liability is limited to returning the stake of any bet directly affected by a confirmed platform error.

288bet is not responsible for the actions of any third-party payment provider. Any delays, errors or failures in payment processing by Easypaisa, JazzCash, banks or card networks are outside 288bet's control and do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

12Amendments & Termination

288bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — 288bet will provide at least seven days' notice via email or in-platform notification before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.

288bet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, or inactivity for more than 12 months. Where an account is terminated for reasons other than fraud or Terms breach, any verified balance will be returned to the registered payment method within 14 business days.

You may close your 288bet account at any time by contacting support. Any verified balance remaining at account closure will be returned to your registered payment method after any applicable wagering requirements are assessed.

13Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of 288bet shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 288bet is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint about your 288bet experience, you should first contact our support team, who will attempt to resolve the matter directly.

In the event that support is unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter in writing to our disputes team at support@288bet-jit.com with the subject line "Formal Dispute". 288bet will acknowledge formal disputes within 48 hours and aim to provide a final response within 14 days.
